*Pre-order Out of Stock Items*
Item that include "pre-order" in the product name is considered a pre-order.
Any item that is out of stock you can request to pre-order. You will receive the item when we have it back in stock. We typically receive a shipment once a month. Depending on the item and when you placed your order it may take a minimum of 3 to 6 weeks. The time given is just an estimate.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive 100% refund. We will contact you letting you know we are out of stock. You will have the option to cancel the order or wait until we get the item back in stock.
*Discounted Items*
Items that include "discount" in the product name are generally discounted due to some flaw. These items are sold as is and with the general understanding that these items are not our usual quality of product.
*Wholesale Orders*
Wholesale and custom orders accepted.
Products that include "wholesale" in the name are considered the wholesale price. If quantity is not in stock order will be sent to be custom made. We typically receive a shipment once a month. Depending on the item and when you placed your order it may take a minimum of 3 to 6 weeks. The time given is just an estimate.
*Shipping and Order Fulfillment*
We strive to have items shipped within 3-4 days. Some items may take up to 7 days to ship, others may take longer.
If we have part of the order in stock, you will have the option to receive a portion of your order. You will be responsible for shipping cost for each shipment. You will also have the option to separate your order.
The time given for order fulfillment is an estimate and may take more or less time. Once your order is confirmed no order alterations, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted.
Additional shipping costs may incur on all large, wholesale, or custom orders.
*Canceled Orders*
Canceling By Us: If we cancel your order, you will recevie 100% refund.
Cancelling Wholesale and Custom Orders: If you want to cancel your order once the production has begun, only a portion of the cost of the items will be refunded for already completed work. The amount of the refund varies will vary depending on the item. Items not completed will receive 100% refund.
Canceling Shipped Items: If you want to cancel your order once it has already shipped, you are responsible to pay for the shipping cost of the return. Once we have received your items, we will issue you a refund. We recommend that you return items using tracking.
*Returns and Exchanges*
No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Future discounts may be offered. No funds will be returned. If exceptions apply, shipping cost, service fees, and preparation fees are not refunded, no exceptions.
