Products, prices, descriptions, promotions and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders involving suspected fraud, pricing errors or unauthorized resale.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colors accurately. However, screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear.
3. Handmade and Natural Products
Many Rush of Ase products are handmade or created from natural materials. Variations in color, size, shape, texture and finish—as well as minor blemishes, irregularities and small nicks—are expected and are not considered defects.
Product measurements and weights are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Orders and Payment
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Your order is not confirmed until payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation. We may contact you if additional information is required.
5. Custom Orders and Preorders
Custom orders and preorders may require additional production time. Completion and delivery dates are estimates and may be shorter or longer than anticipated.
Once confirmed, custom-made and personalized orders are final sale and generally cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
6. Discounts and Promotions
Discounts apply only to qualifying products and during the stated promotional period. Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Discounts cannot be combined.
- Automatic discounts are applied at checkout.
- Discounted orders are not eligible for free shipping.
- Sale and discounted items are final sale.
- Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time before an order is placed.
7. Shipping
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, customs, product availability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error.
8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Purchases are governed by our posted Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Rush of Ase generally does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds. Exceptions may apply for damaged, defective or incorrect items and when otherwise required by law.
9. Ifa Consulting and Spiritual Services
Ifa consulting and other spiritual services are offered for spiritual, religious, cultural and educational purposes. Interpretations and outcomes are personal and are not guaranteed.
These services are not substitutes for medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other licensed professional advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
Appointment, cancellation and rescheduling terms disclosed when booking also apply.
10. Intellectual Property
The Rush of Ase name, website content, photographs, graphics, product descriptions and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Rush of Ase and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
11. Reviews and Submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.
You grant Rush of Ase permission to display and use submitted content in connection with our website, products and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics and other service providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
13. Errors and Corrections
Website information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, incorrect prices or availability errors. We may correct these errors and update information or cancel affected orders, subject to applicable law.
If an order is canceled because of our error, any amount paid for the canceled item will be refunded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free access.
